New Verint Customer Support Portal https://community.verint.com/
As of September 2017, all tickets should be submitted and updated, via our new portal, powered by Verint Community™ and Verint Web Self-Service™. This will replace both kanacommunity.verint.com and email as a method for submitting support tickets.
We have created a short video to help you understand how to best utilize the new system for ongoing management of your support cases. Please note that any support cases you currently have open with us have been migrated to the new forum and can be found in the "View Cases" area.
